Drugs

This module explores the link between drug use and violence, including how drugs are promoted and sold online. Peer educators will guide discussions on the dangers of substance abuse, its impact on behaviour and how young people can make safer choices.

Online High

Online High illustrates how drug dealing among young people is increasingly happening through mobile phones, reflecting recent social media trends and the associated risks of drug-related harm. The youth-led film was produced by Dunfermline PSYV , with young people taking the lead in developing the concept, starring in and producing the video.

In partnership with NKBL and Barnardo’s Fife Substance Use Education Service, an educational toolkit was created to accompany the film. Some of the activities below have been adapted from this toolkit to support discussions around drug use and online harm.
